Fine Ceramics

Ceramic materials basically consist of non-metallic, mineral raw materials. At room temperature, these are normally formed from a compound mixture, while a burning process at high temperatures over 1000 °C gives them the properties typical for ceramic products such as hardness, resistance to acids, alkalines as well as to temperature changes and many more.

ECT-KEMA machines are used in preparing and shaping fine-grained ceramic bodies. These are the basis for the manufacture of fine ceramic products.

A few examples are:
  • Household pottery, tableware or sanitary ceramics.
  • Stoneware for dishes.
