Since 18 August 2016, we have it in writing: structures, procedures and processes in the ECT KEMA GmbH comply with the standards in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:, 2015. These standardized processes will ensure both the delivery reliability and the quality of our products and strengthen customers' confidence in our performance even more. Internal processes are measured through certification and can be systematically optimized. Thus, we demonstrate that customer satisfaction remains our ultimate goal.
